Neighbourhood Plan

The Dethick, Lea and Holloway Neighbourhood Plan has been submitted to Amber Valley Borough Council and is now available on their website, together with the accompanying documents. Click here to access the documents. Hard copies are available at Fuel Cafe, Mayfield Stores cafe and the Jug & Glass Public House.

The Neighbourhood Plan includes policies against which future development proposals would be assessed through the planning process and there is a formal consultation period of 6 weeks from 27 September 2019.

Comments should be emailed to or by posted to: Planning Policy, Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3BT. Please quote ‘Dethick, Lea and Holloway Neighbourhood Plan’. The deadline is 4.30pm on 8 November 2019.

The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee is responsible for carrying out all the work necessary to deliver the Neighbourhood Plan document. Its operational detail is as enshrined in the Terms of Reference.
